By accessing and using the services provided by Atomslab DataCenter ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

These terms apply to all users, including Minecraft server hosting customers, VPS hosting customers, and any other visitors to our website or platform.

Atomslab DataCenter provides Minecraft server hosting and Virtual Private Server (VPS) hosting services. Our servers are located in India and Singapore, and we offer a variety of plans powered by Intel and AMD processors.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice to affected customers.

To use our services, you must create an account at client.atomslab.com or billing.atomslab.in. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use our services.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is required in advance for the selected billing period.

Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of your services. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days prior notice to existing customers.

Refunds are accepted within 24 hours of purchase. Requests for refunds must be made by contacting us via Discord within this period. Refunds requested after 24 hours will not be entertained.

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

- Hosting illegal content or engaging in illegal activities - Distributing malware, viruses, or other malicious software - Launching DDoS attacks or network abuse from our infrastructure - Mining cryptocurrency without prior written permission - Sending unsolicited spam or phishing emails - Infringing upon intellectual property rights of others - Hosting content that promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination

Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of your services without refund.

Each hosting plan comes with specified resource allocations (RAM, CPU, storage, bandwidth). You must not exceed the allocated resources for your plan.

We reserve the right to suspend services that consume excessive resources, negatively impact other customers, or violate fair usage policies. Persistent resource abuse may result in account termination.

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for all our services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance via our Discord server.

We are not liable for downtime caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, network failures from upstream providers, or DDoS attacks targeting our infrastructure.

While we provide backup slots as part of certain plans, you are ultimately responsible for maintaining your own backups. We recommend regularly downloading copies of your important data.

We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from hardware failure, software errors, account termination, or any other circumstances. We strongly recommend maintaining external backups of all critical data.

Either party may terminate the service at any time. You may cancel your subscription through the billing portal. Upon cancellation, your services will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately and without notice if you violate these terms, engage in prohibited activities, or fail to make required payments.

Atomslab DataCenter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We collect and process personal data in accordance with applicable Indian data protection laws. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Information we collect includes account details, payment information, and usage data necessary for service delivery and improvement.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

For significant changes, we will provide notice via Discord or email at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
